The Australian kangaroo is one of the most preferred gold coins in the world. Every year the design of the kangaroo is different, and this year it was entrusted to Neil Hollis. The highly detailed and intricate design of the coin makes it very difficult to counterfeit. Issued in weights from 1/20 oz to 1 kilogram. The coins are factory-encapsulated and it is recommended not to remove them from their packaging or touch them with your hands, as they would be easily damaged.

Obverse

It features Queen Elizabeth II. Above her face is inscribed the text ‘ELIZABETH II’ and ‘AUSTRALIA’. Below it is an inscription with the face value of 15 dollars.

Reverse

The back depicts a kangaroo and above it is inscribed “AUSTRALIAN KANGAROO”. Below the kangaroo are the year of harvest, weight and purity. To the right of the kangaroo is the letter ‘P’ which denotes the Perth Mint.
